      • Alfezo reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to the client upon review of the cancellation request.
      • If the cancellation request is approved, any remaining unused portion of the service fee will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
    2. Refund Policy:
      • Alfezo has a strict no-refund policy once payment has been made for WhatsApp marketing services.
      • All sales are final, and clients are responsible for understanding this policy before engaging in any transaction with Alfezo.
      • Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the results of the marketing campaign, changes in business strategy, or any other personal reasons.
    3. Exceptions:
      • In the event that Alfezo is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues on our end, we will work with the client to find a satisfactory resolution.
      • If Alfezo determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted due to exceptional circumstances, the refund amount will be determined by Alfezo and will be processed within [number of days] days of the decision.
