Using a BSP for WhatsApp marketing is not compulsory. BSP may charge you extra for every message that you send. It is important to use the software for example Sendwo where you are only charged of the software platform and then the pay per message system is exactly as per Meta rate cards and not more than that. Other BSP will charge you few cents extra for all messages that you send or receive.
Since we don’t fully support using the BSP as you are overcharged and it reduces your flexibility to switch your WhatsApp API enabled number to stick to them, so we recommend using tools like SENDWO. But, we will take you through all possible Software vendors to match your requirement according to software features.
Official API system is a legit system that uses software’s to send messages and receive replies. It charges you for every message that you send.Â
While, Unofficial API don’t charge you for every messages. It only charges you one time or yearly subscription fees to send unlimited messages.Â
It is advised to use the official API as number blocking issue is less with official API.Â
